I currently serve as Lead Pastor at Marine View Presbyterian Church in NE Tacoma, WA  – www.marineviewpc.org. I am married to my amazing wife Callie and together we enjoy life in the Pacific Northwest with our two children Addie and Will.

I have the privilege and opportunity to lead in a warm and engaged local church. Together as a congregation we’ve tackled the hard work of change.

Why write a blog?

For some time now, I’ve been learning about the ups and downs of leading change in the local congregation. It’s a journey I’ve enjoyed and during which I have benefitted greatly from leaders who navigated change before. This blog is an opportunity for me to continue to process what I am learning and discovering as a leader and to invite other leaders into the conversation.
